Graeme Ritchie has worked for James Murray Funeral Directors for almost four years. He is personally proud of every funeral that he has ever arranged, and his priority with any service is to give families what they want. Graeme enjoys meeting and helping people, and working with colleagues. Since losing his brother in 2000, he feels that he understands the emotions that grieving families must deal with, and spends a lot of time with them listening and talking about their loved ones. Graeme is interested in modern technology, and likes spending time with his girlfriend and children.
Graeme Walmsley comes to funeral direction after an eclectic career as a trainer, teacher, barman, and other customer-service positions. He enjoys being able to help people at their time of need, and revels in the variety of tasks that he must perform at James Murray in order to give his families' loved ones the funeral they desire. Graeme's focus is on the customer's needs and in empathising with their feelings, so he is sensitive and positive in his arrangement of funerals. After work, Graeme likes to go for a good coffee with his wife, to read, to spend time with his family, to surf, and to watch movies. Graeme is an especially spiritual person from a religious family, and he is proud of the fact that he is reliable and conscientious about his work.
Janelle Orchard brings a wealth of experience to directing funerals at James Murray. She has worked in the funeral industry for more than eleven years. Indeed, nothing is too much trouble for Janelle in assisting families with all of their requests and wishes, and her priorities are to show care, maintain professionalism and use her experience in order to take care of clients' anxieties. Janelle is especially proud to say that many families re-contact her when they are again in need of the services of a funeral director. She gleans much satisfaction from being able to take the stress out of the funeral process, and really enjoys the fact that she meets many wonderful people in her work for James Murray Funeral Directors. Janelle is a Catholic parishioner in Morpeth-East Maitland, and after work she relaxes by playing golf with her husband, having a good barbeque, and spending time with family and friends.
